Modalities

In astrology, Modalities describe the different ways each zodiac sign expresses its energy and approaches life. There are three Modalities: Cardinal, Fixed, and Mutable. Each Modality includes four zodiac signs, and these groups help us understand how the signs act, react, and adapt to different situations.
